Pastel and present

Thank You Card
I found some marbled paper from the early 90s in my stacks of random things. I decided to use it for my latest card project. I combined it with some purple and light green paper found in the craft stores. The light green flowers are cut out from a floral paper sheet.

I used a scallop punch from Knock Outs for the small scallops. The bigger scallops are cut out by hand. You can also create a scalloped edge, without using a punch. I create my bigger scalloped edges, by using a glue stick, pencil and a pair of small scissors. I put the cap of the glue stick on a paper and move my pencil around the cap and draw a half circle. Then I create my next half circle beside the previous half circle, and repeat the process until I have enough of half circles in a row. (Did that make sense? If not, just ask me to explain it in a more coherent way. )

    1. Thank you, Claire! :) When I entered the "Memories are made of this"-challenge, I thought of the marbled paper which I've used in this card. I marbled the paper when I went to Kindergarten in the early 90s.
