TIP: Look in travel brochures and magazines for pictures of nature. It could be a sky with interesting looking clouds, or a strange-looking bush. What you are going to do with your findings is this: use it for cardmaking. Yes! Cut out that fascinating sky or the white fluffy clouds. I have in-cooperated nature images from a travel brouchure in this card. I have submitted this card to the following: One Sweet Challenge: Favorite technique (painting with different mediums) Without Words: At the seaside (no embellishments, focus on image) Try it on Tuesdays: Let's Create a Scene Pile it on: No designer papers Lexi's Creations: Sparkle and Shine Hobby Cutz: Create your own background Allt that Stickles: The Great Outdoors |

Sunrise over the sea
I'm in love with Hannah Lynn's art. I just recently discovered her digital images, and I'm awe-struck. This is Atlantis Mermaid. I have painted her with Stickles and acrylic paint (golden and red for the hair, golden and green for her clothing). The frame was painted with a mix of Stickles and nail polish. If you take a closer look at the left lower corner, you can see some water (in a yellow tone). It was part of a photo of a sea during sunrise. The sky is another part of that photo which I cut into pieces to fit my card.
