Mixed media painting (similar to this) with a fairy image from the Stamping Chef. |
The fairy is painted with ProMarker - Almond (for the skin) and nail polish. The flowers come from the local craft store, and so do the leaves in the corners of my card (I have painted them with green and golden acrylic paint). The little ladybird bead comes from Pärlgården. The background is painted with green, blue, purple, golden and orange acrylic paint mixed with soap (the latter is especially important if you want to create the kind of effect that you can see in the photo). The white stone, which you can see on the right side of my card, was found at the beach. I like to incorporate some natural items in my creations.
